Clean as a Whistle

We’re thrilled to say that Noah’s recent test results indicate NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE. Noah has now been clean for 16 months!

It was a little rough going in NYC this time around for Noah and Lara but they survived. Their visitors, Clayton and Amy, made for some great times.  The kids had a blast tearing up the town! It is so nice to get another round of treatment behind us. We will continue to participate in the NYC 3F8 protocol through the Spring/Summer of 2007. Some good news here is that his future treatments shorten in length of time from 2 weeks to 1 (still 8 weeks in between sessions).

He has also wrapped up his standard protocol for Accutane. We’d like to continue with some regimen in between NYC treatments but the doctors aren’t recommending anything at the moment. It feels a bit strange to be off all maintenance drugs for that long a stretch.  It will be nice to give his body a break.

Back to the grind for everyone:  school, karate, gymnastics, t-ball, etc.
