Fourth Annual FORE NOAH

Friends and Family,

It is tournament time!!!

We are very excited for the Fourth Annual FORE NOAH Golf tournament and Family Barbeque on April 20, 2008, benefitting Children's Neuroblastoma Cancer Foundation (CNCF). Our family-oriented event will not only feature golf, but prizes, a hole in one contest, a catered barbecue, auction, raffle, kid's golf clinic and plenty more children's activities. Registration begins at 7:00a and tee off time is at 8:00a. The post-golf activities will begin at noon. We are in need of golfers, raffle, and auction items. Please contact us if you can help with any of this. We are so grateful to the McNichols of Longbow Golf Club for donating their course for our cause.

If we can raise another $75,000 this year, our four year total will come to almost $250,000 - of which 100% of the proceeds will go directly to finding a silver bullet for NB. Together with our monies, by the end of 2008, CNCF will have made research grants of nearly $1,000,000. We will continue the fight until that cure is found!

Noah has been busy with school, basketball, baseball and playing with his buddies.  Andy and Noah will head to New York in March for his quarterly scans and follow-on meetings with the late effects team. Noah got hearing aids last month and he is very excited about them. He always has a positive attitude about everything. He has hearing loss due to the use of antibiotics and chemotherapy during treatment. Hopefully, the money that is raised through the golf tournament for research can be used to find a less toxic therapy for children in the future.
